My books are available at most college book stores, & ALL "medical" book stores.
Sometimes you can find them at B. Dalton or Barnes & Noble book stores.
Certainly, any book store will order them for you, upon request!

If EVER you encounter an Internet-posting of one of my texts that is listed as being co-authored by "David White" = DO NOT BUY IT! Any text co-authored by David White is very OLD & OUTDATED. I divorced David years ago (1997), and I've since rewritten / republished EVERY text his name appeared on. (Apart from some minor editing assistance, David never actually "helped" me with any of them, anyway! LOL)
